Our leadership team and staff loves to serve the church. We take the Word of God seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. The elders provide oversight, vision and guidance to the church. The Lead Pastor, Joel Wayne, provides the leadership and everyday decision making for the staff, along with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ELT includes Joel and several key leaders on staff as well as the officers on the Elder board.
