What are the main functions of the Church Center app?

The Church Center app is an excellent way to connect with the life of our ministry at Chapel Pointe.

  • Register for Events

  • Manage giving
  • Group schedules and messages

How do I transfer my giving to Planning Center?

We’re asking you to migrate your recurring giving or set up new giving in Planning Center. Follow this step-by-step process to get started:

  1. Download the Church Center App on iOS or Android
  2. Watch this overview/tutorial video on Planning Center Giving
  3. Set Up Your Giving in this new platform (Planning Center)
    • We highly recommend setting up your giving using your bank account (ACH) instead of a credit/debit card. Linking your bank account will allow our church to save money on fees associated with using a credit/debit card.
  4. Cancel your giving with the old platform (Pushpay)
Where can I access Church Center?

Church Center can be accessed through our web portal or through the mobile app.

How can I update me and/or my family's information?
  1. Click on your photo or initials at the top-right corner of the screen to access the “Account” screen.
  2. To update your personal information, click on your name/photo at the top. This will take you to the “Edit Profile” screen. Click on each item to modify it. When done, click the Update link at the top-right of the screen.
  3. For heads of households: to update your household information, from the Account screen, click on the photos or initials under the “My Household” section. It will take you to a listing of your household members. Click on each member of your household to update their information. Just like updating your own information, click on each item to edit it, then make sure to click the “Update” link at the top-right of the screen.
    • Note: if you need to add or remove a household member, there is a link at the bottom of the page to contact us by email. We’ll be happy to help you out.
