At Chapel Pointe, we care for one another because Christ our Shepherd cares for us as His sheep (Psalm 23). As the body of Christ. we care for one another in love (John 13:1-35). Our elders, deacons, small groups and ministry leaders team up to show genuine care for people with needs (Philippians 2:19-21).
One of the main ways we show care is by lifting one another up in prayer (Philippians 4:6-7). If you would like to submit a prayer request, please use the button below or call the office at 616-662-8801.
Join the movement of God as Chapel Pointe saturates the Building Project and MORE Campaign with prayer! Each month, we will focus on a different theme until completion.

One of the ways we care for one another as a church family is by visiting people in hospitals, nursing homes, and those who are “shut in” in their own home. Jesus said that when we visit the sick, it is a ministry He takes personally (Mt. 25:34-40). Our elders, staff, deacons and visitation team members represent Christ in this way. Let us know if you would like to serve in this ministry or need a visit.
Getting married is one of the most important commitments in life. As followers of Christ, we believe that marriage is a covenant relationship reflecting Christ’s love relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). At Chapel Pointe we are not only interested in helping you prepare for the event of your wedding, but for a lifetime of marriage together. We offer a Marriage Foundations seminar, marriage mentoring, couple evaluation tools and pastoral counsel.
Sometimes in the difficulties of life and the challenges of relationships we need help and hope. Wisdom to think biblically, make good choices and solve knotty problems often requires counsel. The book of Proverbs in the Bible emphasizes the need for counsel that is truth based and encourages a godly perspective. At Chapel Pointe, we have a number of people who can give that kind of counsel. We also have other resources in West Michigan to recommend for competent Christian counseling.
