At Chapel Pointe, we care for one another because Christ our Shepherd cares for us as His sheep (Psalm 23). As the body of Christ. we care for one another in love (John 13:1-35). Our elders, deacons, small groups and ministry leaders team up to show genuine care for people with needs (Philippians 2:19-21).
One of the main ways we show care is by lifting one another up in prayer (Philippians 4:6-7). If you would like to submit a prayer request, please use the button below or call the office at 616-662-8801.
One of the ways we care for one another as a church family is by visiting people in hospitals, nursing homes, and those who are “shut in” in their own home. Jesus said that when we visit the sick, it is a ministry He takes personally (Mt. 25:34-40). Our elders, staff, deacons and visitation team members represent Christ in this way. Let us know if you would like to serve in this ministry or need a visit.
Getting married is one of the most important commitments in life. As followers of Christ, we believe that marriage is a covenant relationship reflecting Christ’s love relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). At Chapel Pointe we are not only interested in helping you prepare for the event of your wedding, but for a lifetime of marriage together. We offer a Marriage Foundations seminar, marriage mentoring, couple evaluation tools and pastoral counsel.
