Step 2: Your request will be queued and a Facilities Team member will reach out to you.
Step 3: Depending on urgency and type of need, your request will be resolved by a member of the Facilities Team.
A few quick things to know about the support process:
- All requests will be reviewed and scheduled based on urgency, size/type of support need, and available personnel.
- Some requests may require review and approval from other team members or other ministry teams.
