Class Opportunities

Classes take place throughout the week at Chapel Pointe, generally run for 10 weeks, and are a great opportunity to dive deeper into God’s Word and grow with other transformed followers of Jesus.

*Childcare is only available for classes on Wednesday nights at both Hudsonville and Byron Center campuses.

TEA | Monday Evenings/Tuesday Mornings

TEA (Teaching, Encouragement, Accountability) is a Bible study for women at all stages of Bible study experience. This Winter, come explore some often-overlooked books of the Old Testament, the Minor Prophets, as we discover what these ancient prophecies teach us, and the application they have for us today.

TEA meets every other week beginning the week of January 6, 2025 and is offered at the following times:

Hudsonville

Old Testament: The Big Picture | Wednesday Nights

This will be an interactive and engaging class that will provide you with a high-level orientation of the Old Testament so that you’ll be better able to think your way through its history, geography, themes, and theology.

Building a Christ Centered Marriage | Wednesday Nights

Do you want a Christ-Centered marriage? Whether you come from a broken and dysfunctional home, a single-parent home, or an amazing home, God calls and equips all of His children to live Christ-centered lives and marriages. Join us as we study God’s word, work through the book Tying the Knot, and grow together.

Living On Mission: Engaging Your Missional Call | Wednesday Nights

Participants will identify God’s sovereignty for where He has placed them and learn to take responsibility for the spiritual condition of the people God has placed around them. Combining biblical truth with immediate application, participants will be equipped in an interactive setting to engage the Great Commission in any cultural context.

Women's Ephesians Precept | Thursday Nights

Men's Study | Revelation Part 2 | Thursday Night

We will study the first three chapters of Revelation focusing on God’s messages to the seven churches of Asia and see how these messages recorded by John so long ago still speak to the church today. We will be focusing on chapters 4-22 about the end times. Through careful observation of the text, discover exactly what God says will take place through a comprehensive analysis of apocalyptic visions revealing God’s ultimate sovereignty, the final judgment, and the promise of a new heaven and new earth, emphasizing themes of hope, perseverance, and divine justice.

Early Morning Men's Bible Study | Wednesday Morning

We gather weekly to study the Bible, pray, and provide accountability to each other on our transformation journey.

This class is held on Wednesday mornings, at 6:00am, and is taught by Dan Vandewarker. There is no charge for this class.

Biblical Counseling Group - Depression | Wednesday Night

Are you struggling with feelings of depression and searching for hope? This winter, join Chapel Pointe Biblical Counseling’s 6-week group sessions designed to help you experience the healing God provides through community and His Word. You will be equipped and empowered through the Holy Spirit as we provide accountability and practical, Biblically-rooted tools to address the heart of depression. In this safe and supportive space, you’ll connect with others who understand, practice new skills, and grow in faith as you take steps toward the lasting hope and healing found in Christ alone.
