Leah grew up in a small church community with her family and at a young age showed a desire to learn more about Jesus. Though she knew a lot about Jesus, her heart had not fully surrendered Him. On the outside, she knew how to play the role of a “good” Christian, but on the inside she was overwhelmed with performing to a perfect standard that she set. At 16 years old, scared of not being good enough, God helped her realize that she was in desperate need of a Savior to free her from the pressure of perfection.
