what to expect

We are passionate about kids of all ages learning the Bible and growing in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

cultivating community

We value cultivating community because we believe that relationships build trust, trust allows us to speak truth, and truth brings about transformation.

partnering with homes

We value partnering with homes because by equipping parents and guardians, we allow them to lead their homes to become followers of Jesus.

taking the next steps

We value taking next steps because we believe that each kid and students is on a unique journey of following Jesus and being transformed by him.

seriously fun experiences

We value seriously fun experiences because we believe that the quickest way to a kid’s heart is through fun, laughter, and shared stories.

when do kids meet?

cpKids meets at the 8, 9:30, 11, and 12:15 services at our Hudsonville campus. At our Byron Center campus, cpKids meets at 9:30 and 11. For our Holt campus, cpKids meet before the service at 9am.

our family is new, what should we do next?

We are so glad you are joining us at Chapel Pointe. For your child’s safety, we have each family register. You can pre-register by filling out the form online. When you arrive, proceed to the cpKids Family Guest Service Desk, located on the lower level. There, our team will be happy to help you find your child’s classroom.

what happens during a service?

Kids meet in age appropriate classes where they have a time of worship, a Bible lesson, and activities that help them learn and grow in their faith.

how do I serve?

We have lots of opportunities to serve on the cpKids Team. You can start by filling out this form and someone will contact you.

check-in / check-out procedures?

Your child’s safety is very important to us. All kids, birth – 3rd grade, check-in at our Family Guest Service Desk. Each child is given a nametag and a pick-up tag. At the end of service, you can show your pick-up tag at your child’s classroom and we will match your tag with your child’s name tag. Our 4th – 5th graders check-in at their classroom and are released at the end of service. We suggest you create a meeting spot with your child. This can be their classroom or another spot in the church.
