While Small Groups are made up of people who attend Chapel Pointe, Network Groups are outward focused. Who is in your neighborhood? What coworkers do you need to talk to about Jesus? We want to see our homes, schools, and workplaces saturated with the presence of the Gospel.

how to start

a network group

  1. Make a list of people in your sphere of influence.
  2. Choose a regular mode of communication: text, Facebook, what’s app, email.
  3. Find a regular place to meet.
  4. Choose a rhythm that works best your group: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
  5. Launch your group!
types of

network groups

Social

What do you love: broom ball, coffee, hiking? Create a group with other people who love what you love. The goal is to have intentional conversations with people who are seeking to grow in their relationship with God and share their faith with others. Create a group with other people who want to have intentional, Christ-centered conversations around the stuff that you already like to do.

Book

There are so many great books out there that help us to grow in our faith. We want to see God work in our lives. The goal isn’t information, it is transformation. Start a group with other people who are pursuing next steps in their faith. Choose a book and launch a study with a crew is interested in the same area of study: Biblical Parenting, Spiritual Disciplines, Stewardship, Leadership, etc.

Bible

God speaks to us through His Word. Launch a group with other people who want to learn and discover more about God through the Bible. Start with a book of the Bible. Just simply walk through it with other people. Allow God to reveal Himself and others as we search the Scriptures together.
